2023/24 Season

Thank you all for attending yesterday's meeting.

Really appreciate your continued input and support on all things Matchday experience and am grateful that we are able to cover so much in such a limited time, from the small things that make a big difference (e.g. mats on towers) as well as cover the more "radical" changes we are making to address the things that are important to fans, how we measure and track these, and a few hopefully informative spotlights that have hopefully helped pull the curtain back on some of the matchday operations and the thinking behind these.

This is the first time that we have had a MD experience subgroup as part of City Matters and I think it would be remiss of me to not seek feedback on how you as reps have found it, @Tony Hughes I think a survey may be in order.... watch this space.…

I am going to say one last thing , I have never been more proud to be a blue today that team was dead on its feet . Where it found the strength to bring in that result I will never know . But for that they deserve everything , that’s what following a football team means to me !! Goodnight all , I’m bloody exhausted!!”
