Mobile App Update
Hi All,
Following on from the Ticket and Membership sub-group meeting that took place last Thursday. Please see attached details of the Manchester City Mobile App update that we have started rolling out. This update now allows you to more easily manage your tickets. If you use this app update it would be great to get your feedback. Thank you.
Ticket Point Survey
Following on from the ticketing sub-group meeting in December, please see attached the open text responses we received from the Ticket Point survey.
match day tickets
Paul Grundy has been in touch with several issues which I passed on
Goes to most games but cannot get united ticket is a match day member
and not happy about the fact that first time visitors get access to tickets which is not fair to the
loyal regular match goers
Long delays on line when ringing for tickets 2 hours for united game
tried via OSC but they were only allocated 2 which ended in a ballot for their members

Ticket Points Survey
Hi All,
On Saturday we sent out an email for fans to complete a survey regarding ticket points. Please see attached the screenshots of the email sent to fans who opt into surveys. We will be providing more updates on ticket points in the next Ticket Subgroup meeting.
